Jockey India offers a hassle-free 15-day return policy for most products, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear including briefs, trunks, and panties cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Jockey India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all brand tags, manuals, and accessories included to ensure a successful quality check.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.
Quality Check and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
